Poniżej opisujemy, jak usunąć konto w aplikacji Tatra.app oraz jakie dane usuwamy. Konto usuniesz samodzielnie w aplikacji, a jeśli nie masz już do niej dostępu — możesz poprosić o usunięcie mailowo.
Usunięcie konta w aplikacji (zalecane)
- Otwórz aplikację Tatra.app i zaloguj się na swoje konto.
- Przejdź do Ustawień (ikona profilu).
- Wybierz Usuń konto i potwierdź.
Usunięcie jest natychmiastowe i trwałe.

Jeśli odinstalowałeś aplikację lub nie możesz się zalogować, wyślij prośbę o usunięcie konta na adres:
W treści podaj adres e-mail powiązany z kontem. Konto i powiązane dane usuniemy w ciągu 30 dni od potwierdzenia tożsamości.
Jakie dane usuwamy
Usuwamy Twoje konto oraz powiązane dane osobowe: profil (adres e-mail, nazwę, awatar), token powiadomień push, treści wysłane przez Ciebie w zapytaniach do firm i w opiniach oraz udział w programie lojalnościowym.
W minimalnym, wymaganym prawem zakresie i przez wymagany czas możemy zachować dane niezbędne do celów księgowo-rozliczeniowych lub obrony przed roszczeniami, a także zanonimizowane statystyki, które nie pozwalają Cię zidentyfikować.

This page explains how to delete your Tatra.app account and what data we remove. You can delete the account yourself in the app, or — if you no longer have access — request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open the Tatra.app app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings (profile icon).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, request account deletion at:
Include the email address linked to your account. We will delete the account and associated data within 30 days of verifying your identity.
What we delete
We remove your account and associated personal data: profile (email address, name, avatar), push notification token, content you sent in business inquiries and reviews, and loyalty-program membership.
To the minimum extent and only for legally required periods we may retain data needed for accounting/billing purposes or to defend legal claims, plus anonymized statistics that do not identify you.
